1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the agreement between you and nb55 ("the Platform", "we", "us") when you access or use the nb55 website at nb55.win and any related services. nb55 is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, slots, live casino, virtual sports and related gaming products.

3. Your Account

Each person may hold one account only on nb55. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms. If nb55 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts involved may be suspended, balances forfeited and any pending withdrawals cancelled.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid contact method and accurate payment details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was carried out by you personally.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact nb55 support immediately.
• nb55 will never ask for your password by email, chat or any other channel. Do not provide your password to anyone claiming to be from nb55.

nb55 may, at its discretion, request identity verification (KYC) at any point. Documents typically requested include a national ID card, passport or recent utility bill. Accounts that fail to complete verification when required may have withdrawals held until verification is satisfied.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on nb55 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, cards and mobile wallets.

Deposit terms:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your nb55 account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Standard processing is near-instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa.
• nb55 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal terms:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit where possible.
• nb55 aims to process withdrawal requests within standard processing windows. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive prioritised processing.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above specified thresholds.
• nb55 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

nb55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants who have not previously held an nb55 account. One welcome bonus per person, per household and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-generated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement (e.g. 30x, 40x) is stated on each offer page.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and all wagering requirements are calculated in PKR.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. The exact contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• nb55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice.
• Bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with others to abuse promotions – will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of related winnings and possible account closure.

6. Gameplay Rules

• All bets placed and accepted on nb55 are final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or altered.
• In the event of a technical failure or connectivity issue during a game round, nb55 will resolve the round based on the recorded game state at the time of the failure. nb55 is not liable for losses caused by your internet connection issues.

7. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nb55. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and being reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Creating more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other criminal purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or to circumvent platform systems.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live casino tables.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or technical faults to gain credits or winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Providing false identity information or documents during the verification process.
• Attempting to reverse deposits via chargebacks after the funds have been used in games.
